Treasure Island: By Robert Louis Stevenson by Robert Louis StevensonI could go about writing a long review about these pleasurable stories from the yore. But, the idea of boring people right through the review is not why reviews are written for, first of all. Trust me reading some books like these in the maturity period of your life, is the dégagé thing to do. For while you're youthful you're granted with obliviousness, but being in this phase fully gives you a chance to go back to those memory lanes you walked sometime while ago. I love to cherish resembling moments. Do not have to suppose twice, get set going with this wonderful story by Robert Louis Stevenson, the passage about the Buccaneers and their quest for the treasure will not cheat you.
If you are someone who like sea treasure tales, then this is absolutely for you. the author is quite original in setting the plot, story and the characters and that takes sometime to absorb. This was a slow read for me from that angle. The story otherwise is a bit predictable but what I felt was lacking in the book was the true purpose. I mean after reading it as I think about it from the beginning, I struggle to find a strong central theme.
