I failed measurably in my first business and started my regular job. In job, I used to go office. But I was missing something. My dreams did not seem possible in the job. So, I hated my job without finding the real cause of hatred.
Demotivating thoughts appeared in my mind again and again. It became impossible to live a miserable life. It seemed that nothing is in my control. Due to such a situation, I used to get emotional on small-small things. In an emotional situation, I used to feel helpless.
A comparison to other people or friend ruined my day many times. In a helpless situation, anger used to be at its peak. It became tough to control anger. To get some help, I started finding out solutions in books. I read many books. I found the solutions and started implementing them.
But the problem was that they were temporary solutions. It means that they used to provide relaxation for some time. My own thoughts used to control the situation instead of me controlling it.
What was the real cause of anger?
There were many reasons. Sometimes, it was dissatisfaction, sometimes it was the comparison, and sometimes it was high expectations. It was tough to calm down in many situations. And I wasted a lot of my precious time being emotional.
I found the permanent solution when I learned to control my thoughts. Buying and the reading books did not help me much. So, it becomes necessary to control your thought and control your life. And you can control your thoughts by observing them and finding the truth.
You can control the thoughts by finding the root cause of thoughts. Controlling thoughts requires practice because they generate many times. So, make it a habit to control your thoughts and become calm in any situation.
What can you do to control anger? 1. Check your expectations. Have the right expectations instead of high expectations. 2. Observe your thoughts and check why they are generating. 3. Ask yourself, are you really want to waste time being emotional?
